Our Story
Does this space look familiar?
You'd be right! We're located in a beloved space known for the last 7 years as "Studio 870".
Previous studio owner Makayla Madden sold Studio 870 in spring of 2024. In summer of 2025, it was announced that the new owner of Studio 870 would be shutting down the studio due to relocating across the country.
After seeing the outcry in the community upon the announcement of it shutting down, boudoir photographer Sydne Barnett decided to revive the dream and open the studio under a new name, "Linder & Pine Studios".
With love and determination, Sydne has put her heart and soul into this space to freshen it up while still keeping it familiar, so it can continue operating for the photography community.

Owner/Manager
Sydne is a coffee-chugging, laugh-loving, award-winning boudoir photographer and published romance author. She's dedicated her career to empowering women through powerful prose and authentic imagery. When she's not writing or behind her camera, you'll find her swimming, chasing her two crazy kids, or with her nose buried in a novel.
When she heard the studio was shutting down its doors, she was determined to keep it going, even if it meant starting over from scratch. With fifteen years of industry experience, she's thrilled for the opportunity to pour back into the community with a space dedicated to creatives.
